Кортизол. Мала дексаметазонова проба (МДП)

Трикратний забір крові: до введення дексаметазону та через 4 і 8 годин після. Перший забір має бути натще до 9:00 (після 12 годин голодування)!

Доза введення для собак становить 0,01 мг на 1 кг маси тіла, що відповідає об’єму введення 0,0025 мл на 1 кг маси тіла собаки відповідно, при використанні розчину для ін’єкцій з концентрацією дексаметазону 4 мг/мл (або 0,4%)
